Hi Laura! Yes you can count the herbal teas and fresh juice as part of your hydrating liquids.
60 oz. may be your sweet spot, not everyone needs 1/2 the body weight in ounces but it’s a good general rule to shoot for.
Regarding feeling drier… I am not sure but you might try leaving some of your water plain (without the mineral drops) and see if that makes a difference?

Good for you Renata, sounds like you’re doing great. I have heard of people making veggie burgers from the pulp, but haven’t tried this personally. Another idea would be to simmer it and make a veggie broth, which also would be a helpful detox liquid food. Yay you!
